About you (1/6)
We kindly ask you to upload a clear image of your ID card (front side) to complete your registration and ensure the security of all residents and guests. Your personal information will be handled securely and only used for verification purposes in accordance with privacy laws.
About your deposit (2/6)
Upon your arrival, we kindly request a deposit of €250, payable in cash or via the bank app. This deposit is a standard security measure to encourage respectful use of the apartment and cover any potential damages. This deposit will be handled transparently and refunded promptly after check-out.
About the Tourist Tax (3/6)
We are obliged to charge a Tourist Tax, per person, per night (children under 3 are free). If booked on Booking, TripAdvisor or Airbnb, a tourist tax will be deducted from your deposit (€2.04 per person per night). If booked on heightsofkortrijk.be, tourist tax has already been paid.

About your departure (5/6)
On the day of departure you must vacate the apartment by 11am at the latest, unless otherwise agreed.
Before departure, the apartment must be left tidy and clean. Please clean, sort and place all rubbish in the large outdoor bins, empty the dishwasher, return furniture to its original place, and clean any used electrical appliances.
